The undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend any action against the Edmonds Santa Claus Parade Committee and the Corporation of the City of Burnaby from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of their participation in the Edmonds Santa Claus Parade held on Saturday, November 22nd, 2008 .
